PADS lunch making

For the past few years, SEYA has been responsible for providing and packing lunches for the neighborhood PADS program. PADS stands for Public Action to Deliver Shelter. Each night, homeless men, women and children find shelter and warm meals, thanks to PADS volunteers.
For more information on how to get involve with PADS in the western suburbs, please contact Emily at shelter@westsuburbanpads.org

SEYA provides bagged lunches the PADS participants one Tuesday / month for the duration of the season (Oct - April). This year, the Tuesdays we have been assigned are:

Oct 25
Nov 29
Dec 27
Jan 31
Feb 28
Mar 27
Apr 24

Each month, we are looking for volunteers to (1) host a lunch making session and provide materials and (2) assemble and deliver lunches to the PADS shelter.

Please contact maureen_ann527@yahoo.com to volunteer.

Thank you!
